Return Policy
Mountain Hiedout's goal is 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase it may be returned for credit, exchange (see exchange policy below) or refund within 30 days of delivery (45 days during the Christmas season). Please call us at 800----- or E-mail us if you have any questions. The following conditions apply to all returns:
The item must be unused and in the original condition that it was sent, including all tags, packaging and accessories.
Shipping charges are not refundable. If item was shipped under our free shipping program purchaser will pay the actual outbound shipping cost. The amount that it cost us to ship the item to you will be deducted from your refund amount.
The following items are not refundable unless defective: Climbing gear, food items, water filters, and special order items.
When returning items to us we recommend shipping UPS or USPS insured. Please include a copy of your receipt.
Merchandise paid for with a credit card will be credited to your card.
